This product contains the ESPN broadcast of the 1996 NCAA championship game, won by Michigan over Colorado College in overtime, 3-2. Disc one contains periods 1 and 2. Disc two contains period 3 and overtime. Overall the transfer quality is pretty good. Not perfect, but it beats having an old VHS copy any day. The packaging is minimalist - essentially just two DVDs in a case, no inserts or extras. My primary beef with the coverage is that the DVD ends about ten seconds after the winning goal was scored. I would have appreciated seeing more of the celebration plus the handshakes and presentation of the championship. That's a big part of the nostalgia for this Wolverine fan. Nonetheless, a welcome addition to any collection, particulary for University of Michigan fans.
