This is a navy Michigan college football jersey made by Russell and issued to #33 for the 1990 Rose Bowl. This team issued college football uniform jersey features "Michigan back to Back" Rose Bowl patches screened onto each sleeve. The numbers are yellow and are screened on. A red, white and blue Russell "R" logo is sewn onto the right sleeve. There are spandex panels running down each side. The body of the jersey is made of the "port-hole" type of mesh.The game was played on January 1, 1990 in Pasadena, California before 103,450 fans. The game was played between USC and Michigan and was won by USC by the score of 17-10.
